The Tibidabo amusement park in Barcelona is resuming the Laser Show from August 1. The show, which can be seen every opening day at 21:30, incorporates new songs and more laser projectors.
The Tibidabo amusement park in Barcelona is bringing back the Laser Show this summer, one of its most classic night offerings. Starting from August 1, every day the park opens its doors, at 21:30 the Plaça dels Somnis will host a new edition of this audiovisual show that will conclude the day with a touch of magic and fun for the whole family.
The show lasts 20 minutes and combines lights, colours, and music in a vibrant staging that aims to make the audience dance and feel emotional. This year's edition features both musical and visual novelties: new soundtracks have been launched, the effects programming has been renewed, and the number of laser projectors has increased. These changes aim to provide a more dynamic and immersive experience, according to sources from the park.
The return of the Laser Show is part of Tibidabo's special summer programming, which during the months of July and August extends its opening hours until 22:00. This allows visitors to enjoy more time in the park, including the attractions and new experiences that have been added this season.
Among this year's novelties is the family show La volta al món ballant, featuring Tibidabo's mascots, and the second season of Més Cabrioles at the Marionetarium, a space dedicated to puppets. Additionally, the park has set up Platja Tibidabo, a leisure area with umbrellas, sun loungers, and sandpits for a break and refreshment during the hottest hours. The roaming entertainment of Els Bombers will travel around the park spraying visitors, and there will also be meet-and-greets with the mascots.
In the gastronomic realm, the park has opened Masia Tibidabo, a restaurant located in the iconic Masia building and led by chef Rafa Zafra. This offering completes the summer leisure proposal, which seeks to combine fun, innovation, and technology to create memorable experiences for all audiences.
The Laser Show can be seen every day the park is open at 21:30 in the Plaça dels Somnis. Admission to the show is included in the ticket price for park access. For those who wish to relive the experience, the park has made photos and videos of the complete show available in a download link.
This initiative is part of Tibidabo's strategy to enhance nightlife in the city of Barcelona, offering cultural and entertainment alternatives for families and visitors of all ages. The park, which opened its doors in 1901, is one of the city's symbols and continues to renew its offerings to adapt to modern times.
