Clean Bandit, María Peláe, Metrika, and Julieta will perform for free on Saturday, July 18 at Plaça Universitat and Passeig Lluís Companys. Pride Barcelona 2026 will take place from July 15 to 18 under the slogan 'All realities, one pride'.

The Pride Barcelona 2026 has unveiled the musical programme for Saturday, July 18, the main day of the celebration. The free concerts will take place on two main stages: Plaça Universitat and Passeig Lluís Companys, in front of the Arc del Triomf. The organisation has opted for a mix of styles ranging from the electronic sounds of Clean Bandit to the socially conscious flamenco-pop of María Peláe.

The line-up for Saturday includes Metrika, a figure in urban trap; Julieta, who sings urban pop in Catalan; and Zahara Rave, with an indie style. There will also be space for classic and commercial Spanish pop, featuring names like Marta Sánchez and Merche, as confirmed by the organisation on their social media.

A four-day celebration with advocacy and plenty of music

Pride Barcelona 2026 will take place from July 15 to 18 under the slogan 'All realities, one pride'. The march on Saturday, which will start and end at the same stages as the concerts, will be the central event of the day. The organisation has reminded that the event combines advocacy, visibility, and celebration, and that the concerts are just one part of a broader programme that includes cultural activities, talks, and performances.

Since early June, Pride has been organising pre-events throughout the city, but the bulk of the programme is concentrated in these four days. Barcelona thus becomes the epicentre of LGTBIQ+ diversity for over a month, with a calendar that aims to involve all neighbourhoods and communities.

Two stages for an unforgettable Saturday

Plaça Universitat will host the afternoon concerts, while Passeig Lluís Companys will be the night stage. The schedules have not yet been officially confirmed, but the organisation has indicated that music will start at 5:00 PM and continue until midnight. Attendees will be able to move freely between both spaces, which are connected by the city centre.

Among the highlights, Clean Bandit (Grammy winners) will deliver a set of electronic and danceable pop, while María Peláe will present her latest work with lyrics addressing diversity and equality. Metrika, for her part, represents the most current urban scene, and Julieta emphasises music in Catalan, a nod to the local identity that always has a place at the Barcelona Pride.

The organisation has emphasised that all concerts are free and outdoors, and no prior ticket is required. It is recommended to arrive early to secure a good spot, especially for the more popular artists. Additionally, information points and rest areas will be set up to ensure accessibility and the well-being of all attendees.

A varied line-up that champions local and international talent

Pride Barcelona 2026 has aimed to give visibility to emerging local artists, such as Julieta and Zahara Rave, alongside established names. Marta Sánchez and Merche represent the Spanish pop of the 2000s, appealing to nostalgic audiences. The generational and stylistic mix seeks to attract a diverse audience, true to the spirit of pride.

On Saturday, there will also be performances by disc jockeys and surprise artists that will be announced in the days leading up to the event. The organisation has confirmed that the march will start at 6:00 PM from Plaça Universitat and will travel through the city centre to Passeig Lluís Companys, where the concerts will continue after the march.

For residents of the province of Barcelona, Pride is an opportunity to enjoy quality music without leaving the capital. Access by public transport is easy: the Metro stops Universitat (L1, L2) and Arc de Triomf (L1) are just a few minutes from the stages. The organisation recommends avoiding cars and using public transport or bicycles.

“Pride is a celebration for everyone, and this year we wanted the music to reflect the diversity of our community,” said sources from the organisation.

The weather forecast for Saturday indicates clear skies and pleasant temperatures, inviting attendees to enjoy the outdoor concerts. It is advisable to bring sun protection and water, as queues at sales points may be long.

Pride Barcelona 2026 will conclude on Sunday, July 19, with a closing party at the same Passeig Lluís Companys, although the organisation has not yet detailed the programme for that day. What is clear is that Saturday, July 18, will be the most crowded day, with a musical offering that promises to make the city vibrate.
