The Economic Promotion Service of Vilafranca del Penedès has opened registrations for VALIDA, a free programme that will help young entrepreneurs validate their projects with artificial intelligence as a co-pilot.
The Town Hall of Vilafranca del Penedès has launched VALIDA, an innovative programme that promises to change the way local young entrepreneurs take their first steps. The initiative, driven by the Economic Promotion Service, combines the advice of an expert consultant with the use of artificial intelligence to test the viability of business ideas before investing time and money.
A virtual co-pilot for entrepreneurs up to 35 years old
Aimed primarily at individuals up to 35 years old, VALIDA offers an intensive itinerary that will start on 16 September. During the programme, participants will work with Miquel Àngel Mora, a consultant specialised in entrepreneurship, and will use AI as a support tool to analyse their value proposition, identify potential customers, and validate market hypotheses.
The idea is for each entrepreneur to finish the process with a clear and validated idea, ready to decide whether to take the leap or adjust their course. Places are limited and participation is free, so the council recommends formalising registration as soon as possible.
Strengthening the local entrepreneurial ecosystem with AI
VALIDA is not an isolated initiative. It complements other programmes like AI + Competitiveness, which is already assisting 17 companies in the area in incorporating artificial intelligence to optimise processes and improve decision-making. The objective of the Economic Promotion Service is clear: for both established companies and new entrepreneurs to leverage the potential of AI to generate more robust and competitive projects.
For the youth of Vilafranca, this is a golden opportunity to reduce the risk of failure in their first business ventures. Instead of diving in blindly, they will be able to validate their ideas with real data and receive personalised feedback, all at no cost.
Registrations open and how to participate
Registrations are now open and can be formalised through the form available on the Economic Promotion website: promocioeconomica.vilafranca.cat/formacio/valida. More information can also be obtained by writing to the email promocioeconomica@vilafranca.cat or calling the phone number 93 817 11 69.
The programme is supported by the Barcelona Provincial Council, which reinforces its strategic nature within the policies to promote entrepreneurship in the region. For the youth of the capital of Penedès, VALIDA presents itself as a springboard to turn a simple idea into a real project, with artificial intelligence as an ally.
