Between June and July, more than 200 interventions have been carried out in various parts of the city, according to municipal sources.
The work is concentrated in the most sensitive areas of the municipality, such as the sewer network, drains, and green spaces, including parks and gardens. This week, control teams are operating in the area of Sant Jordi Street and Carme Street.
Pest control in Esplugues is a continuous service provided throughout the year. Municipal services and specialized companies conduct inspections and preventive treatments regularly to keep insect and rodent populations under control in public spaces and municipal facilities, but actions are intensified in summer due to increased activity of these species.
