The Water Polo World Cup Superfinal takes place from July 22 to 26 in Sydney (Australia). The Spanish men's and women's teams are competing among the top eight in the world. The men's team defends the title won in 2025 in Montenegro, while the women's team seeks the only major trophy it lacks, following the Olympic gold in Paris 2024.
On Wednesday, July 22 at 12:15 PM (local time), the Spain - Hungary women's quarter-final will be broadcast live. On Thursday, July 23 at 10:30 AM, it will be the turn of the Spain - Australia men's quarter-final. The women's semi-finals will take place on Friday, July 24.
Tour de France: Final Week with Key Stage in Alpe d'Huez
The 2026 Tour de France is heading into its final stretch with decisive stages. On Tuesday, July 21, the 26 km individual time trial between Évian-les-Bains and Thonon-les-Bains will take place at 2:15 PM. On Wednesday, July 22, there will be a flat stage of 175 km from Chambéry to Voiron. On Thursday, July 23, the first mountain stage finishes in Orcières-Merlette (185 km).
The highlight comes on Friday, July 24 with the 19th stage: Gap - Alpe d'Huez, 128 km of high mountain (3:30 PM), which could determine the overall classification. All stages will be broadcast on Teledeporte, La 2 or La 1, and also on RTVE Play.
Canoeing World Cup in Oklahoma with Olympic Medallists
The Canoeing World Championship in slalom and kayak cross is being held in Oklahoma (United States). The Spanish team includes twelve paddlers, led by Olympic medallists Maialen Chourraut and Pau Echaniz. On Thursday, July 23, at 5:00 PM, the men's and women's kayak semi-finals will take place, followed by the finals at 9:00 PM. On Friday, July 24, at 5:00 PM, the canoe semi-finals will be held.
