The municipality of Abrera celebrates the graduation of four members of its Local Police, who have completed the Basic Training Course for Police from the ISPC.
Four officers of the Local Police of Abrera have successfully completed the Basic Training Course for Police from the Catalan Public Security Institute (ISPC). The graduation ceremony took place on July 30 in Montmeló, marking the end of months of effort and dedication.
The ceremony, popularly known among the candidates as the “throwing of caps”, symbolizes the culmination of this training phase with the awarding of diplomas. An emotional moment that the new officers shared with their families.
Attending the event were the mayor of Abrera, Jesús Naharro, and the Councillor for Citizen Security and Civil Protection, Alfred Delgado, accompanied by the chief inspector of the Local Police, Juan Antonio González, and the deputy sergeant, Martín Gutiérrez.
The Abrera City Council and the Local Police have expressed their congratulations to the four officers on this achievement and wished them success in this new stage of serving the community. The graduation represents an essential step in their professional preparation and strengthens the local security force.
With this promotion, Abrera ensures the incorporation of trained personnel ready to assume their duties in the municipality, in a context of enhancing public safety in the Bajo Llobregat.
