The funfair for the Sant Roc festival in Malgrat de Mar will be set up in the car park on Verge de Montserrat Avenue from August 12 to 17, featuring 45 attractions, stalls, and bars.

The funfair for the Sant Roc festival in Malgrat de Mar will open its doors on Wednesday, August 12, in the car park on Verge de Montserrat Avenue, where it will remain until Monday, August 17. In total, 45 attractions, stalls, and bars will occupy the site, located between Balmes, Roger de Flor, and Joan Maragall streets.

The opening hours will start from six in the evening. During the first two hours of each day, from 18:00 to 20:00, there will be no music to avoid disturbing children and those sensitive to noise, an initiative that is being repeated this year.

The fair will feature special promotions: on Wednesday, August 12, and Monday, August 17, the 2-for-1 offer will apply, meaning that buying one ticket will get you another free. The same promotion will also be held on August 14 and 18.

The Local Police have reported that the car park on Verge de Montserrat Avenue will close its access this Sunday at ten in the evening. On Monday, the fairground trucks will begin to arrive, and on Tuesday the attractions and stalls will be set up.

As an alternative to the car park on Verge de Montserrat Avenue, two temporary parking areas will be established on Costa Brava Avenue, between the funeral home and the Can Palomeres neighbourhood, with capacity for 533 vehicles and 58 coaches.

Residents who need to park during the days of the fair should take into account the closure of the main car park and use the newly established areas. The fair will be dismantled after Monday, August 17, and the car park will reopen as normal.
